WARRANTEE
MD, Inc., warrants that any product sold hereunder, if properly installed, maintained and operated under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Ninety (90) Days from original date of purchase. All products have been manufactured with the highest standards of quality control & materials. MD, Inc. will REPLACE any defective product FREE OF CHARGE, upon receipt of the original/defective product for the purpose of inspection & quality control. ALL shipping charges incurred in the return of the product shall remain the sole responsibility of PURCHASER.

RETURNS
MD, Inc., will issue a FULL REFUND of the purchase price, MINUS shipping costs, to purchaser should the product fail to meet the customer's expectations or installation requirements due to incompatibility of the product with a particular make or model year of motorcycle. MD, Inc. will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned product, as long as product is returned to MD, Inc. (manufacturer), completely free from defects, and in the original condition & packaging as when originally received.
